Netta Architects provided architectural services for the design-build delivery of an 803-space parking garage expansion at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Working alongside KVC Construction, an experienced parking structure contractor, and POMA Architectural Metals, an award-winning metal fabrication company, the team developed a six-level garage connected to the existing parking facility to accommodate growing demand.
Located near the Perlman Institute, the project required carefully coordinated logistics and phased construction to maintain access and minimize disruption to ongoing medical campus operations. The new garage features a distinctive architectural façade designed to complement the existing structure while enhancing the character of the surrounding environment.
